Atlanta Midtown Penthouse                          About Atlanta Midtown Penthouse2014-2015 complete remodel of Atlanta Midtown Penhouse. The kitchen was redisigned to include an island so as to open up the living spaces with modern cabinetry & antique mirror spalshback refecting the view. The original foyer office nook was redesigned to create a backlit antique mirored art niche to display the great pieces of clients art collection & also double as a dispay niche for entertaining with crockery drawers below. A new ecosmart fuel fireplace was created on a floating stone ledge giving a warmth to the space which focused the new furnishings on a variety of textures in a nuetral palette as a backdrop to the art. A custom dining table was designed by Pipa Bradbury ( made by SMFD) to include the clients favorite glass which was also sourced & custom made in Atlanta. The glass insert to the dining table allows for even more light to protrude into the living room from the magnifcent window view. New coffered ceiling & dimmable LED lighting enhance the space, new cherry floors. |
